“Hospitals & Emergency Treatment Facilities” shall mean a medical facility regulated under the Public Hospitals Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.40, as amended or any predecessor or successor thereto. This definition shall include an urgent care centre, but exclude a walk-in clinic; (By-law 258-2022)
