51. Notwithstanding Schedule III WALL SIGNS, Sentence 1.(4) and Sentence 1.(9), the following signage on the lands described as PLAN M1907 PART 1 (10 Coachworks Crescent) is permitted:
- a) One rooftop sign, subject to the following conditions: 2 2
- i. The sign shall not exceed 5.95 m (64.0 ft ) in sign area and 4.12 m (13.5
- ft) above the roof line; and
- ii. That no further rooftop signs be permitted on the property. (By-law 282-2015)
