One non-illuminated sign attached to the first floor of a building in conjunction with a permitted home occupation as per the City of Brampton Zoning By-law 270- 2 2 2004, as amended, providing it does not exceed 0.35 m (3.75 ft ) in sign area. Sign boxes shall be prohibited for a home occupation. (By-laws 124-2005, 59- 2010, 43-2012);
