1. No person shall operate or maintain the business of a food premises within the City of Brantford without first having obtained one or more licences from the Issuer of Licences to do so.

- 3 The licensee shall ensure that his or her business complies and continues to comply with any regulations published under the Health Protection and Promotion Act respecting food premises for as long as any licence that is issued to him or her under this Schedule remains in effect
