any other salvaged materials for the purpose of dismantling or selling such at their salvage yard, either personally or through an employee or agent, shall immediately record in their register, in English:
a. the full name and address of the person from whom they received the salvaged material (as shown on at least one piece of identification that contains this information), and the type of identification provided; b. the date of the acquisition; and c. a brief description of the salvaged goods.
