- 326.3.6 Compliance - Zoning By-law Without limiting the generality of any other provision of this Chapter, where any premises are to be used for a purpose requiring a licence, the requirements of the City of Brantford Comprehensive Zoning By-law #160-90 must be observed by the applicant before the licence will be granted. Additionally, every licensee shall at all times comply with the City of Brantford Zoning By-law #160-90 in the operation of a business to which this Chapter applies
