- 326.5.3 Licence – issued Once all of the requested information is received by the Issuer of Licences, including a complete application and the applicable fee from the applicant, and upon being satisfied that the applicant is entitled to a licence pursuant to the provisions of this Chapter, the Issuer of Licences shall prepare and issue a licence to the applicant
- 326.5.4 Licence - issue contrary to law – prohibited No licence shall be granted for any purpose which is contrary to any statute, by-law or law
