4. No private property owner or occupier shall permit any clothing donation bin to be left on the private property they own or occupy without a valid clothing donation bin licence issued by the Issuer of Licences.

- 6 In no event shall any licensee be permitted to obtain more than one licence under this Schedule. For the purposes of this Schedule, where the licensee is a corporation, the word “licensee” shall include all affiliates of the corporation, as the term “affiliates” is defined in the (Ontario) Business Corporations Act ¸ GENERAL PROVISIONS - LICENCES
