- 438.5.4 Existing fence - conforming - prior to enactment Nothing in this Chapter shall be interpreted to require the alteration or removal of any fence where the same was in existence prior to the date of the passing of this Chapter and was in compliance with those standards in existence immediately prior to the date of the passage of this Chapter

- 438.6.1 Fine - for contravention Every person who contravenes any of the provisions of this Chapter is guilty of an offence and shall, upon conviction thereof, forfeit and pay a penalty pursuant to the provisions of the Provincial Offences Act
