- 440.14.7 Procedure A person who is issued an administrative penalty shall be subject to the procedures as provided for in the Corporation of the City of Brantford’s Administrative Penalty By-law as amended, or any successor By-law
- 440.14.8 Non-payment An administrative penalty imposed on a person pursuant to this By-law that is not paid within 15 days after the day it becomes due and payable, constitutes a debt of the person to the Corporation of the City of Brantford and may be added to a municipal tax roll and collected in the same manner as municipal taxes. - 440.14.1 By-law - previous By-law 100-76, as amended, is hereby repealed
- 440.14.2 Effective date This Chapter shall come into effect on the date of passage of the enabling by-law. By-law 151-92, 13 October, 1992; By-law 176-2023, October 24, 2023
