Brantford By-law 440, s. 440.3.14 — Waste - not collected - removed by owner In the event that solid wastes have been left at curbside for collection and all or any portion of the solid wastes have not been collected before 7 p.m. on that date for any reason, the solid wastes shall be immediately removed from the curbside by the owner of the dwelling unit or commercial or institutional establishment from which the wastes originated.
