Installed - maintained - regulations - good repair - safe Elevators, dumbwaiters, hoists, escalators, incline lifts and other elevating devices shall be installed and maintained:
- in accordance with the requirements of the Elevating Devices Act, as amended from time to time, and any regulations made thereunder;
- (b) in good working order and good repair; and
- (c) in a safe condition.
