Driveways - parking - walkways - maintained - safe All areas used for vehicular traffic and parking shall have a stable surface covering of asphalt, concrete, or compacted stone or gravel or other hard surfaced material, or a combination thereof and shall be kept in good repair free of dirt and litter and shall be treated to prevent the raising of dust or loose particles.
Steps, walks, driveways, parking spaces and other similar areas shall be maintained in a safe condition, so as to afford safe passage under normal use and weather conditions day or night. By-law 133-2005, 22 August, 2005.

A barrier or deflector shall be provided to prevent lighting from shining directly into an adjacent dwelling unit to avoid being nuisance lighting
