General Prohibitions Emission - prohibited - Schedule ‘A’
No person shall emit or cause or permit the emission of noise resulting from any act listed in Schedule ‘A’ of this Chapter, from any point located on land within the geographical limits of the City of Brantford, within a prohibited time shown in said Schedule ‘A’ if said emission is clearly audible at any point of reception located on land within the geographical limits of the City of Brantford.
