Distance - to property line - 10 feet - exception Except with the written approval of the Engineer, the distance from the face of pump islands or gasoline dispensing units to the property line shall be not less than 10 feet.
NOTE: Notwithstanding the above, it is recommended that the above distance shall be not less than 15 feet.
