5. Every owner shall ensure that the storage of any vehicle s conforms to standards and requirements of any Town By-law and/or applicable legislation. (2) Section 5 does not apply to vehicle s used primarily for agricultural uses on lands with an ongoing agricultural operation. [Section 6 deleted and replaced, By-law 2022-028 enacted April 26/22, effective June 1/22]
