Open Air, Recreational and Agricultural Fires By-law

31. Notwithstanding any provision of this By-law,
no Person shall set or maintain an Open Air or Agricultural burn for the purposes of demolishing a building or structure, except in accordance with a Permit issued by the Chief Building Official, pursuant to the Building Code Act, 1992, S.O. 1992, c.23, and the provisions of this By-law.
