No object located within 1.2 metres of the exterior side of a pool enclosure, on the property where the pool enclosure is located or any adjacent property, shall facilitate climbing, including but not limited to, any fence not part of the pool enclosure, privacy screen, tree, landscaping element, air conditioning unit, meter, steps, ledges, windows or sills.
