Wood Fencing:
Where a pool enclosure is m ad e of wood, it shall be constructed in accordance with the following specifications:
- the vertical posts shall be:
- (a) a minimum of 2.5 millimetres (12 gauge) in thickness;
- (b) a minimum 38 millimetres square tube;
- (c) capped;
- (d) set in concrete to a minimum of 1.2 metres below finished grade; and
- (e) a maximum distance of 2.4 metres apart;
