Caledon By-law 2017-68, s. 5.25(2) — Fences By-law

an above-ground swimming pool that:

• (a) has smooth-facing walls in excess of 1.2 metres in height above finished grade; and
• (b) is manufactured so that there is no access to the above-ground pool

except by means of steps which swing up into a locked position, or which are removed when the pool is not in use;
