Training Flights An owner shall only release their pigeons for training flights in accordance with the following conditions:
- pigeons shall only be permitted to fly at the following times:
- (a) before 9 a.m. or after 5 p.m. during the months of April to September; or
- (b) before 10 a.m. or after 3 p.m. during the months of October to March; and
