Exceptions:
- Article 3.13 shall not apply to:
- used exclusively for the delivery of goods for agricultural purposes, provided that the driver of the HEAVY TRUCK is able to produce a bill of lading for that delivery upon demand by a POLICE OFFICER. Load Weight Restrictions
