Caledon By-law 2024-048, s. 3.3 — Where there are SIDEWALKs, BICYCLE TRACKs or MUPs provided on a HIGHWAY, no PERSON on a SKATEBOARD, ROLLER SKATES, or riding in or by means of, any coaster, toy vehicle, or similar device, shall travel on any ROADWAY, except for the purpose of crossing the road, and, when so crossing such shall have the rights and be subject to the obligations of a described in Article 3.1
