When a permit has been issued, the permit holder shall, during the course of the work or social event:

- 5.27 If the works or social event to be undertaken cannot be completed by the expiry date set out in the permit, the permit holder shall make an application to the for an extension of time and the application shall be made at least four (4) working days prior to the expiry date set out in the permit

- 5.29 Where a permit holder fails to comply with any of the provisions of this by-law the DIRECTOR may perform the works necessary to effect compliance with this by-law and all costs and expenses incurred thereby shall be borne by the permit holder
