13 FLOORS AND FLOOR COVERINGS All interior floors and floor coverings of every building or structure shall be:
- free from dampness and maintained in a safe and clean condition, and
- (b) replaced or repaired in a good workmanlike manner if the floor boards or floor coverings become excessively worn, broken, warped or twisted. LIGHTING
