All dwelling units shall be provided with hot and cold running water along with
a water closet, vanity and bathtub or shower located in the same room which shall be accessible from within the dwelling unit and have a door capable of being locked so as to provide privacy for the occupant. LAUNDRY ROOMS, STORAGE ROOMS, RECREATION ROOMS, AND CHILDREN’S PLAY AREAS CONTAINED WITHIN MULTIPLE OCCUPANCY RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS AS COMMON AREAS
