Classes of Waste Facility Material For the purposes of this By-law, Waste Facility Material shall be classified into the following categories, as determined by the Director:
a. Collectable Waste; b. Organics; c. Diversion and Beneficial Use Program Material; d. Hazardous Waste; e. Special Handling Material; and f. Prior Approval Material.
