In this By-law “City” means the City of Hamilton;
- (a) “conduct” means with respect to a fire to burn, or to set a fire for
- (b) burning; “Fire Chief” means the City’s Director of Emergency Services;
- (c) “Fire Department” means Hamilton Emergency Services-Fire; (d)
