Hamilton By-law 07-170, s. 1(2) — Licensing By-law (Short-Term Rentals)

Save where a similar licence was in force for the previous year with respect to the same premises and there is no change in the relevant information, the application shall be accompanied by a satisfactory plot plan signed by the applicant, with six true copies, based on a registered plan of survey if any, and otherwise in accordance with the actual property lines, drawn to a scale of ten feet to the inch where the area of the site is 25,000 square feet or less, and otherwise to a scale of twenty feet to the inch.
