Hamilton By-law 07-170, s. 1(2) — Licensing By-law (Short-Term Rentals)

If any member of a partnership applying for a licence is a corporation, such corporation shall, for the purposes of section 5 of this Schedule, be deemed to be a corporation applying for an owner’s or operator’s licence and if such licence is issued to the partnership such corporation shall, for the purposes of the said section, be deemed to be a corporation which holds an owner’s or operator’s licence.
