A person to whom this section applies shall notify the Director of Licensing immediately of any change in any of the particulars required to be filed under subsection (1). 8.(1) Every owner, operator or body-rubber applying for a licence must use his or her own legal name in making such application and subject to subsection (2) no such licence shall be issued to any person in any name other than his or her own legal name.
