In this Schedule:
- “pawnbroker” means a person operating a business that takes by way of pawn or pledge any good for the repayment of money lent thereon; and “pawner” means a person who delivers an article for pawn to a pawnbroker; and “pledge” means an article pawned with a pawnbroker.
