17. When filing an application for a licence, an applicant for an adult film store or an adult film theatre licence shall file a detailed floor plan, drawn to scale, of the adult film store or the adult film theatre that has been approved by the Director of Licensing and the details of such floor plan shall include but are not limited to depicting the location of:
