Hamilton By-law 07-170, s. 22(2) — Licensing By-law (Short-Term Rentals)

Every licensee hereunder shall observe and comply with and be governed by this Schedule and all the provisions of the Trades Qualification And Apprenticeship Act and the Regulations there under related to the trade regulated under this Schedule. LICENCE REQUIRED 25.(1) No person shall carry on the business of a Heating, Air Conditioning, and Ventilation Contractor, without a Contractor’s licence under this By-law, entitling him or her so to do and has a licensed Master Warm Air Heating, Air Conditioning, and Ventilation installer in one or more of the trades mentioned in section 24(c) his or her employ;
