28. Unless otherwise provided in this Schedule, any fee required to be paid pursuant to the Fees Schedule shall not be refunded. RETURN OF THE LICENCE AFTER REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION 29.(1) When a licence has been revoked or suspended, the holder of the licence shall return the licence and, if applicable, owner’s plate to the Director of Licensing within twenty- four (24) hours of service of written notice of the decision of the Licensing Tribunal and the Director of Licensing or Municipal Officer may enter upon the business premises or vehicles of the licensee for the purpose of receiving, taking or removing the said licence and owner’s plate.
