The Director of Licensing shall have the authority to refuse to approve a lease agreement and/or rescind or withdraw approval of a lease agreement that does not meet or continue to meet the requirements of this Schedule or on such other grounds as are consistent with the grounds of refusal set out in section 35 of the General Provisions.
