This Schedule shall apply to brokers, owners and drivers of taxicab vehicles kept or used for hire in the City of Hamilton. The tariff/fare rates contained in Appendix “1” attached hereto and forming part of this Schedule shall apply respectively for use of taxicabs wholly within the City or to any point not more than 5 kilometres beyond its limits.
