Nothing in this section shall relieve the transferor and transferee from compliance with the provisions of this Schedule including but not limited to those in respect to the transfer of a licence. NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF INFORMATION 33.(1) When a licensee changes his or her name or address or any information relating to his or her licence, such licensee shall notify the Director of Licensing within six (6) days of the change of information relating to the licence and shall return the licence immediately to the Director of Licensing for amendment.
