Every applicant for a drain installer master’s licence shall be examined by the Drain Repairs Examining Panel of the Trades Examining Board as hereinafter constituted, touching his or her knowledge of the provisions of this By-law and of all relevant codes and standards relating to the planning and Installation of drain systems and equipment used in connection therewith.
