Where the application is for a building repairs contractor’s licence, the application shall include:
- It shall be an offence for a building repairs master to carry on the work of a building repairs master for more than one building repairs contractor for the same period of time unless authorized in writing by the Director of Licensing for a maximum of 60 days or by the Licence Tribunal for a longer period.
