A business owner who manages their own adult services entertainment establishment shall notify the Director of Licensing of this at the time they obtain their licence so that their licence may be endorsed accordingly and the business owner shall notify the Director of Licensing to have the said endorsement amended before engaging any operator to operate such establishment.
