a tow truck business operator’s tow truck is on the list submitted under subsection 7(a):
- (b) a tow truck business operator complies with subsections 11(e) to 11(k); and
- (c) all inspections, reports and certificates show that a tow truck business operator’s tow truck complies with this Schedule, the tow truck shall be deemed to be approved by the Director of Licensing.
