Hamilton By-law 20-221, s. 2.10 — Independent Legal Advice The Current Owner hereby acknowledges and agrees that the City has To Repeal and Replace By-law No. 09-067, as amended, being a By-law to Provide for and Regulate a Waste Management System for the City of Hamilton provided him/her/it with a reasonable opportunity to seek independent legal advice with respect to this Agreement and has encouraged him/her/it to do so. The Current Owner hereby acknowledges and agrees that he/she/it either has sought said advice or has declined to do so
