Notwithstanding Section 9.26, the User Fees and Charges applicable to By-law No. 09-067 and the fees set out in Schedule “C” to By-law No. 09-067 continue to apply to this By-law and the administration and operation of the waste management system until a new User Fees and Charges By-law is passed by Council.
