A lodging house shall contain at least the following working plumbing fixtures:
- (i) a hand wash basin;
- (ii) a toilet; and
- (iii) a bathtub or shower.
- (b) A residential care facility or a dwelling unit shall contain at least the following working plumbing fixtures:
- (i) a kitchen sink;
- (ii) a toilet;
- (iii) a hand wash basin; and
- (iv) a bathtub or shower.
