A bedroom for one person shall have a floor area of at least 5.6 m and a bedroom for two or more persons shall have a floor area of at least 3.3 m per person, calculated by the measurement of such bedroom from the inside faces of its walls, exclusive of the floor area of any closet or other storage space and subject to subsection 27(4) below.
