An owner or occupant may apply for a discharge of a property standards order issued and registered on title to a property by submitting a completed application form and paying the applicable fee as set out in the User Fees and Charges By-law and where, upon inspection of the property by an officer, compliance with the order is found, the discharge shall be registered by the Director on behalf of the City Clerk.
