When, after an inspection, an officer is of an opinion that a property is in compliance with this By-law:
- (a) an owner of the property shall; or
- (b) any other person may, be issued a certificate of compliance upon submitting a completed application form and paying the applicable fee as set out in the User Fees and Charges By-law. Registration of Property Standards Order
