Kingston By-law 2005-100, s. 12.2 — After the date of passing of this Bylaw, Bylaw 8597 continues to apply to Properties in respect of which an order has been issued prior to the date of passing of this Bylaw, and then only to such properties until such time as the work required by such order has been completed or any enforcement proceedings in respect of such order, including demolition and Repair by the City, have been concluded."
