Alterations to Designated Heritage Properties Despite any other provision of this Bylaw or the Building Code Act, 1992, S.O. 1992, c. 23 as amended, no Designated Heritage Property shall be altered except as Maintenance pursuant to this Bylaw or pursuant to the approval requirements under the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.0.18, as amended and Bylaw 2013-141, the Procedural Bylaw for Heritage, as amended.
If a Person is required to pay an Administrative Penalty under section 7.2 in respect of a contravention of this Bylaw, the Person shall not be charged with an offence in respect of the same contravention.
